Do I need council approval for a fence in Seven Hills?

Check the council's exempt development rules or ask us – we cannot guarantee approval for any particular property.
How is a shared boundary fence paid for?
Under the NSW Dividing Fences Act adjoining owners generally share the cost of a sufficient dividing fence equally. We give you a copy of the quote to pass to your neighbour.
